At Baserange, we value the longevity of our garments and offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and hygiene seals are intact for a successful refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online request process.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items for quality and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
